Some believed English wine would never be good enough. Some still believe great wines should not be canned. With growing conditions similar to Champagne 50 years ago and the evolution of new technology, Uncommon knew it was the perfect time to push England’s young wine industry

  • Bubbly White

Introducing Gerald - a gentleman (gentle-giraffe?) of evident poise and distinction. 70% Bacchus & 30% Chardonnay, from The Uncommon’s vineyards in Hampshire & Kent. Elderflowers abound on the nose, followed by the crisp cut of granny smith apples.

  • Bubbly Rose

Not to be outdone by Gerald, this is the equally distinguished Eleanor. 100% Pinot Noir from Hampshire & Kent. Gentle bubbles, exquisitely pale and just 11.5% ABV. The palate is lip-smackingly dry and packed with wild strawberry flavours.

  • Rose Spritzer

Peggy is a newer addition to the family and delivers a drink that’s frankly one of the most refreshing things we’ve had in ages. Eleanor’s rosé has been exquisitely blended with sparkling water and botanical extracts of mint and jasmine to create this sublime 5.5% ABV libation.

  • White Spritzer

And last, but not least, Alfie - a blend of Gerald’s bubbly white, sparkling mineral water, cucumber and mint. 5.5% ABV and ludicrously quaffable.
