A riff on the classic Shiraz Cabernet blend, but in no way typical; this one’s a blend of Shiraz [42%], Montepulciano [34%], Cabernet Sauvignon [17%] and Grenache [7%]. Bright fruit and spice from the Shiraz is balanced by tannin structure, dark fruits and savoury edges from Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon, and softened by juicy Grenache. Deeply enjoyable!

Riesling from the family’s K1 vineyard, picked with high acidity and rich flavours thanks to the cooler vintage, and made in the Pétillant Naturel style.
